CONSIGLI D'USO
- basta versarne una piccola quantità nell'acqua calda della vasca da bagno per un relax assicurato
- come ingrediente in preparati da bagno, sali da bagno
- come ingrediente in miscele scrub, trattamenti esfolianti per il corpo
- aggiungere 3-5 cucchiai all'acqua calda della vasca da bagno e immergersi per 20 minuti, fino a tre volte alla settimana
- unire 250 g di sale Epsom con 2 cucchiai di olio vegetale + 1-2 cucchiaini di olio essenziale come menta piperita, lavanda, pompelmo, rosmarino, wintergreen o eucalipto limone; conservare in un barattolo di vetro e utilizzare una quantità adeguata una volta alla settimana
- aggiungere 1-2 cucchiai ad acqua calda per un pediluvio

I like the epsom salt from Ellemental. Does anyone know the country of origin of the salt? It says it is produced in Poland but where is it extracted from?

Salt baths really work wonders. Combinations with oils feel different depending on what you add, with clay or powders. I'm getting a bag in my order now. It was long saved in the cart and expected to come back in stock before the website changed.

På trods af navnet er det jo snarere mineral end salt. Under alle omstændigheder er det supergodt som tilsætning til badet. Jeg bruger det også meget til almindeligt fodbad.
