I use it as an ingredient in creams, balms and ointments, in toothpaste, and as a flavoring essence for M&P and CP soaps. It has a good anti-fungal, anti-parasitic, antibacterial, toning, warming, blood and lymphatic circulation. It has a warm, slightly peppery odor, very pleasant and quite strong. I recommend with confidence.

It has a warm, slightly peppery, very pleasant and quite strong smell. I use it in men's lip balms and perfume formulas. In soaps, I find it great to mix cinnamon with an apple scent: it lasts well over time, doesn't color or thicken the trace, and the flavor is very good, almost like apple strudel.
