Descrizione
La nostra cera di soia è stata sviluppata appositamente per candele in barattolo. Le candele realizzate con questa cera vegetale pura hanno un aspetto cremoso, una superficie liscia, una combustione pulita e una buona diffusione del profumo.
Questo prodotto è biodegradabile e adatto ai vegani. Non vengono utilizzati prodotti di origine animale e non sono stati effettuati test sugli animali durante la sua produzione.
Ingredienti: olio vegetale idrogenato
Aspetto: fiocchi (confezione da 100 g), pezzi (confezioni da 1 kg->)
Punto di congelamento 35-40°C
Punto di fusione 45-53°C
ISTRUZIONI
1. Preparare il barattolo/contenitore, che deve essere pulito e almeno a temperatura ambiente.
2. Posizionare lo stoppino nel barattolo e fissarlo con una molletta.
3. Sciogliere la cera a bagnomaria, mescolando durante la fusione. Non riscaldare oltre gli 85 °C né per periodi prolungati.
4. Aggiungere la quantità desiderata di colorante o pigmento insieme all'olio essenziale o all'olio profumato di vostra scelta, fino all'8-10%, e mescolare bene. Utilizzare sempre oli essenziali e oli profumati con un punto di infiammabilità superiore a 75°C.
5. Versare nel barattolo alla temperatura di versamento consigliata di 65-70 °C. Lasciare solidificare lentamente.
6. Per le candele a base di cera di soia è consigliabile lasciare riposare il prodotto per 3-4 giorni prima di accenderlo per la prima volta.
NOTE
- Le cere naturali tendono a richiedere stoppini più grandi rispetto alle cere tradizionali a base di paraffina.
- La dimensione e la profondità del bacino di combustione influiscono notevolmente sulla diffusione della fragranza, quindi è fondamentale utilizzare uno stoppino corretto.
- Un raffreddamento più lento favorisce l'adesione al contenitore, mentre un raffreddamento più rapido ne favorisce il distacco.
- La nostra cera di soia ha una ridotta formazione di brina, tuttavia, in caso di sbalzi di temperatura, come la maggior parte delle cere di soia, può cristallizzarsi.
- Ogni combinazione di contenitore, cera, colorante, fragranza e stoppino deve essere testata per verificarne la qualità di combustione. Si consiglia di testare una piccola quantità di prodotto prima di avviare la produzione su larga scala.

I have tried using the wax in scented tablets and when it closes it gets scratchy. Any idea why that happens?

I highly recommend Soy Wax, it is easy to work with. I've also used it in soaps, it's easy to incorporate and increases soap hardness.
